are you trying to check it for allergies? most vaccines are cultures of the virus which have been grown in egg whites which is why people who are allergic to eggs can not take many vaccinations such as for the commom flu. after it cultures in the egg white it’s heated to a temperature just hot enough to kill it bu tnot hot enough to alter the structure of the virus…in most cases it’s then mixed in with a salene solution (water with a low salt content in it) and disbursed into doses which is why they have expiration dates on them and require refrigeration….not sure though if the vaccines contain a chemical to keep the egg white from going bad, but i don’t believe so…i think that’s where the refrigeration comes into play
